What does is cost to use DriverPa?
Nothing. By nothing we mean that there is no license fee or monthly subscriptions for signing up or access. Driverpa charges no transaction fees on the passenger, business or third-party integrating our services or APIs with the existing system neither do we take commission on shipments. For carriers, access is 100% free of charge.
What can I Ship?
We ship all kind of groceries and agro products. All you must do is be aware of the type, size and weight of goods to be shipped and the corresponding vehicle or carrier to be selected fir the shipment. We also support all palletized and bulk tank transport. Please contact us for any specific requirements.
Are we able to book DriverPa taxi directly on web or mobile devices?
Yes. You can make your bookings on the web or via android or iOS.
I have my own eCommerce, Hotel, or Business and I need a delivery service to pick up packages, persons or integrate DriverPa services into my application for delivery. Can DriverPa provide all these services?

What warranties do I have for my Shipment
DriverPa operates under country-specific last-mile logistics and freight forward industry standards. DriverPa also offers specific insurance cover on request. We regularly review our transport providers and only work with professional and experienced carriers.

Can I add my existing Carriers to DriverPa?
Absolutely, we welcome existing relationships allowing you to manage all your transport on one platform.
How does DriverPa Verify Taxi and Carriers for Delivery (Bikes, Motor-Bikes, Mini, Sedan, etc)?
We take pride in ensuring the quality of our Carriers. All Carriers are pre-screened and verified before they start carrying your passengers, packages, parcels and all related freight services. We regularly monitor compliance documentation and review Carrier performance.
How does Carriers and drivers gets paid on DriverPa?
Driverpa pays carriers and drivers within 14 or 30 days after proof of delivery (POD) is scanned via the driver’s app to the platform. It is up the carrier or driver to choose which option best suits him/here/them
Who can use DriverPa?
DriverPa is a Business-2-Business platform allowing persons, businesses and third-party providers of any form with readily available delivery of passengers, parcels, products or/and other shipments to be linked to equipped carrier service companies.
After Completing a Delivery, How do I get paid?

After Registering as a rider, driver or carrier, when can I begin accepting jobs?
Once registered as a driver, rider or any form of Carrier, we will review your application to verify your ability to handle our passengers, business subscribers, business vendors, and shippers’ freight. Any of the Carriers or taxi services for passengers may begin to use our app as soon as all compliance documents have been approved.

Complaint
C2D.1 Notification of damage / defect must be made in writing to DriverPa - via complaint@driverpa.com or call your country’s representative, especially on issues concerning delivery so that we can act as soon as possible. Please remember to include your phone number and order number in the email so that we can reach you. You must also include the driver’s vehicle registration number if possible
C2D.2 The following deadlines for complaints apply:
C2D.2.1 - In the event of damage to or lack of content, the sender or recipient must complain to DriverPa within 5 days after delivery, otherwise all claims will be forfeited. For delivery issues and concerning agro products, you must act within 3-5 hours.
C2D.2.2 - In the event of missing or delayed delivery, the sender or recipient must complain to DriverPa no later than 3 months from the date of dispatch. DriverPa may search for a parcel for up to 10 weekdays from the day of the search.
C2D.3 - DriverPa must receive photos of damaged parcels. If there are no photos, the recipient must be able to have the damaged parcel ready for collection at the delivery address / recipient's address in original packaging. If this is not possible, the sender and / or recipient loses the right to compensation.
C2D.4 - If the damaged parcel is moved from the delivery address / recipient's address before it has been possible to inspect the parcel, the right to compensation lapses.
C2D.5. Refusal or Rejection of Deliveries
You acknowledge and agree that the Packages are delivered at your request by the Third Party Providers. DriverPa does not deliver the Packages. When you order the delivery of a Package by Third Party Providers through our Services, you are entering into a contract with a Third Party Provider. The Third Party Providers are free to accept, refuse to pick up or deliver the Package(s) or cancel the delivery of the Package(s) after acceptance for any reason. The Third Party Provider and everyone who signs up to a DriverPa account are bound by the Community Guidelines available here. If you cancel your request, DriverPa will charge you a cancellation fee in accordance with Uber's cancellation policies.
C2D.6. Delivery, Redelivery, and Undelivered Packages If the Third Party Provider is not able to complete the delivery for example, because the Third Party Provider is unable to locate the delivery location and is unable to make contact with you, the Third Party Provider may attempt to arrange for the return of the Package to you. If the Third Party Provider is not able to return the Package to you, you acknowledge and agree that the Package may be left at the original pickup location,
